Cannot Click on Expression in HTTP Request Node When Selecting JSON as Body

Since the recent update I am no longer able to select Expression as a body parameters or Query Parameters type in the HTTP Request Node.

This occurs when selecting Send Body to On
Specify Query Parameters to Using JSON
Then trying to click Expression as the body type

There is no error message or errors captured in the console.

I have 3 different installations of n8n and it occurs on all of them so not isolated to one.

  • n8nVersion: 1.75.2
  • platform: docker (self-hosted)
  • nodeJsVersion: 20.18.1
  • database: sqlite

I can see that this has been addressed in 1.76.0 unless there is a workaround in the meantime.
