Cannot delete workflow stuck in infinite loop - now unable to access n8n account

Describe the problem

Hello,

I’m experiencing a critical issue with my n8n Cloud account. Here’s what happened:

  1. A workflow entered an infinite loop and started consuming excessive resources
  2. I attempted to delete the workflow but was unable to do so
  3. Now I’m having difficulty accessing my n8n account altogether

The workflow seems to be stuck and is preventing me from properly managing my instance.

What I’ve tried

  • Attempting to delete the problematic workflow (unsuccessful)
  • Trying to access my account multiple times
  • The workflow continues to run in a loop

Current status

  • n8n version: 2.1.4
  • Plan: Pro (Monthly)
  • Workspace: hammer1930
  • Running via: n8n Cloud
  • Workspace status: Currently online but with access issues

Request

I need assistance from the n8n support team to:

  1. Stop the workflow that’s stuck in an infinite loop
  2. Delete or disable the problematic workflow
  3. Restore full access to my account

This is urgent as it’s preventing me from using my n8n instance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
