Describe the problem
Hello,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with my n8n Cloud account. Here’s what happened:
- A workflow entered an infinite loop and started consuming excessive resources
- I attempted to delete the workflow but was unable to do so
- Now I’m having difficulty accessing my n8n account altogether
The workflow seems to be stuck and is preventing me from properly managing my instance.
What I’ve tried
- Attempting to delete the problematic workflow (unsuccessful)
- Trying to access my account multiple times
- The workflow continues to run in a loop
Current status
- n8n version: 2.1.4
- Plan: Pro (Monthly)
- Workspace: hammer1930
- Running via: n8n Cloud
- Workspace status: Currently online but with access issues
Request
I need assistance from the n8n support team to:
- Stop the workflow that’s stuck in an infinite loop
- Delete or disable the problematic workflow
- Restore full access to my account
This is urgent as it’s preventing me from using my n8n instance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
