Cannot seem to pass either section,

Hey,

I cant seem to pass the level 1 quizzes but I feel like I should be doing better. Can you please check for me where I am missing? There should be an easy way for us to see what questions we got wrong or right so that we can study more for the areas we are not getting right.

I decided to create a spreadsheet showing my answers each time and the resulting scores.

After 3 recorded attempts, I have found that even when I answer the questions exactly the same with each attempt, my scores are changing every time. How is it possible that I scored 84/44 in one attempt, 69/67 in a second attempt, and 62/44 in a third attempt, despite giving all of the exact same answer all 3 times???

Your system is not scoring correctly, making it impossible to pass!

So I posted this one week ago, and after 3 days with no response, I made a reply. Simply asking for a response. That reply was marked as spam, claimed to be an advertisement. I’m really not sure how asking for support is spam or advertisement.

At any rate, I would still very much like to get some help on this, or maybe I should just go to another platform that offers better support for its users.

Just took it again, and I am 100% certain I got a passing grade. But again, it says I only got 77/44 resepctively.
