Hello, n8n! I am trying to upgrade my plan (my trial will end by tomorrow), but I am getting the “_cannot take payment at this time_” message. And I also really think it should be … It gave me hope for a moment, but the “Cancel subscription” button is no longer available (I guess?). So it doesn’t help. If it’s 100% sure that by the end of the trial I will be able to do it, then I guess that’s ok. But by wednesday I will run a presentation and I plan to show the n8n’s UI. Would be cool if no “trial” tags were on screen. Is there any other potential fix that I can try while the waiting game plays itself? Thank you. Awesome product, by the way. I am currently a [Make.com](http://Make.com) customer, and this is just way more powerful. ---

Hi @octoalex, I’m sorry you’re facing some issues! You should be able to upgrade at any point during the trial. Do you want to send me your account name and email via PM and I can take a look at what is holding this up? ---

Hello. Yes, I would like to do that. It’s my first time in this forum, though. So I am not sure how to PM you. I tried again today - and for my surprise, the trial actually “reset”. I did not lose anything - I mean the time. It is back to 7 days. Still wasn’t able to subscribe. So your help will be appreciated! Thank you for the reply. ---

@octoalex That was @Jon, our community engineer, who added 7 extra days to your trial this morning to buy you a little more time while we sort this out 😁 ---
