Describe the problem/error/question
I can’t access my n8n cloud workspace anymore. When I try to sign in to the admin panel with my owner email, I see a success message, but I never receive the magic sign-in link in my inbox. My workspace now shows a 404 error page. I think it has something to do with my trial ending. However I have no idea how to resolve this.
What is the error message ?
No workspace here (404)
“Your workspace was taken offline. This usually happens when a trial or subscription has ended.”
No magic link in my inbox
Information on your n8n setup
- n8n version: Not sure (likely latest cloud version)
- Database (default: SQLite): Not sure
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): Not sure
- Running n8n via: n8n Cloud
- Operating system: n/a (browser-based)
If someone from the n8n team could help me check why I’m not receiving the login email, that would be great. I also tried the “Write to us” button on the website, but nothing happens when I click it.
Thanks in advance!
Wessel
Hey Wessel – just wanted to chime in and say I’m having the exact same issue, and it’s been going on for several days now.
My subscription ended recently because of a failed payment, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to renew it or access my workspace either. I try signing in with my owner email, it says the magic link was sent, but nothing ever shows up in my inbox. Super frustrating.
I also emailed support@n8n.io with all the details, but haven’t gotten any response yet. It’s honestly a big blocker — I had to switch to another tool just to keep things moving for a current client project. Really hoping someone from the n8n team sees this soon and helps sort it out.
Good luck,
One more detail I would like to mention is that am logged in with my work email.
I am having the same issue. My free trial ended and I tried to login to start the subscription and I never receive a magic link.
Hopefully they reply soon, you should have got emails before maybe more instruction on there.
any luck with this?
i am having the same problem and getting no response from support
deleting browser history seems to work and now received magic link.
Not able to access, facing the same issue.
Same here. I tried clearing browser history. No luck
From the browser console I’m getting a 401 on the Cloudflare check
