Cant Connect Linkedin Credentials

How to connect N8n linkedin? I tried following the steps and added the url callback but it still gives me an error:

I also verified the app in the linkedin settings already

ithink there is something wrong with my callback url because in the tutorials I see they have like a personalized url to paste in linkedin url callback. Where or how do I get mine if ever?

also tried turning this off but i still get an error:

i am able to login if its on but the posting node wont work

just need to turn off the organization support for posting personal posts.
