Can't log in with with my e-mail

Describe the problem/error/question

I am currently logged in with my e-mail([email protected]) but can’t log in with my password and requested the password recovery e-mail but never receive this e-mail that I can’t change my password.

My current n8n session in my web browser is active that I can use n8n but once I log out there’s no way I can log in back, I have subscription but I can’t log in with my current password.

What is the error message (if any)?

Please share more details on your n8n setup? Is it self hosted or cloud?
If self hosted, how did you host that?

I am using web based one, can’t log in, even I request the reset password but reset message is not coming to me at all.
