Hi, I can’t login to my n8n cloud instance eliashannachi.app.n8n.cloud. I’ve reset my password multiple times via email (eliashannachi29@gmail.com) but I keep getting “wrong username or password”. The reset emails arrive correctly but the new password doesn’t work. Please help.
@Elias_Hannachi The best thing you can do is email n8n support, help@n8n.io and they can help resolve your issue.
Instead of using the email/password form, try logging in with a Magic Link on the n8n Cloud Sign-In Page. It bypasses the password entirely by sending a one-time login token to `eliashannachi29@gmail.com. Let me know if you need help with that ?
