Can't pay for subscription and workspace is offline (404)

Describe the problem/error/question

I can’t change or upgrade my plan in n8n Cloud. When I try to pay for a plan, I receive a generic error message (“Something went wrong”). After trying several times, my workspace was taken offline and now shows a 404 error.

What is the error message (if any)?

  1. On plan change attempt:
    2.“Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team using the button below.”*
  2. When visiting my workspace:
    4.“No workspace here (404) – Your workspace was taken offline. This usually happens when a trial or subscription has ended.”*

I tried using different browsers, incognito mode, and cleared cookies—still not working. Please help me recover access and process the payment.
