I think the only way is that button you have seen , get help from the team since here is a community and don’t have access to cloud payments…
But if maybe @Jon_James has some time, he can lookup but after you have created a ticket(using that button or contact direct at [email protected] and have a ticket number or the workspace name you used in trial).

Have you tried the usual things, such as checking in a different browser or disabling your VPN if it’s enabled?
