Quick question: Are users on a Starter plan able to see the ‘Community nodes’ tab in the sidebar of the Settings page? I can’t see it and am wondering if I have to upgrade to Pro.

Community nodes are not allowed on n8n Cloud workspaces. However, you can use them when self-hosting n8n.
