Cant share credentials

Hi, I need help with an issue in n8n Enterprise.
I have my credentials stored in a personal project (the admin account). However, when I try to share a credential with my teammates through the Sharing section by entering their email addresses, the shared credential stops working. As a result, all workflows that rely on it also fail.
Does anyone know why this happens or how I can fix it?

  • Database: Postgres
  • Running n8n via: cloud
  • Operating system: Linux
