Cant start trial - message that my email is already registered

I’m trying to sign up for the 14-day trial, but I’m receiving a message that my email is already registered. I attempted to create an account yesterday, but the platform appeared to be offline at the time.

Now, when I try to log in using the username I attempted to register yesterday, I receive a message saying that my workspace is offline.

To clarify, I’ve never used n8n before, so this shouldn’t be related to a previous trial. I also tried signing up with a different email address, but I’m facing the same issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem too? How did you solve it?
