Hi, I’m trying to create an account, but the link sent over ends with an error that it can’t be reached:
“We can’t connect to the server at e.customeriomail.com.”
Is this a temporary issue?

Do you use Brave as a browser, something like pihole, or anything else that could block the connection? If so please deactivate it and then try again. Thanks!

Yes, you were right.
I am using an Adguard Home. Once I deactivated it, it worked.
