Case mgmt integration / functionality

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with integrating n8n with a lightweight, open source case management solution? Any solution to recommend here?

We’re looking into some use cases where user input in the form of tasks (typically what you would see in case management, with some functionality around routing, SLAs, etc.)

Any ideas if this is solvable with n8n and potentially some third party?

As long as there is an API to get to the data, that shouldn’t be an issue.
Of course depends on what exactly you expect n8n to do.
