Change Account Owner (previous owner has left)

URGENT

I need to change the account owner, as the previous owner has left and not changed ownership, meaning we cannot upgrade.

Our instance is currently down, so this is urgent

Ownership transfer in n8n is done by changing the current owner’s email.
If you have access to the previous owner’s data, you go to personal > settings > and change the owner’s email.
If you don’t have access, then you need to contact via help@n8n.com

Hi, @tamy.santos we dont have the previous persons password, so we cannot login as them.

In this case, only via support email.

no one at support is replying, been nearly 24hrs. We have a customer and their whole integration is down

@andyboom15 I’m afraid it may take a few days, it really depends when they reply, but hopefully they’ll be quick.

When you get back into the account on your admin panel I recommend downloading all your workflows incase something like this happens again.
