Hi all,

 ![IMG-20260831-WA0001](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/n8n/original/3X/0/5/0527600d1e8fd97b593e30cfcc8e7573fb9c5db1.jpeg)

I’m seeing a Chrome “Dangerous site” / phishing warning when trying to access my n8n instance. My installation is fully up to date, so I’m unsure why this is still appearing.

Hi @aleklang
Your n8n version has no bearing on this. Chrome blocks on a Google Safe Browsing verdict against the host before the request reaches n8n, and the expanded text in your screenshot says phishing was found on the site, so it is about a page Google crawled there rather than anything in the install.
On n8n the page most likely to have been crawled is a published Form Trigger. It serves a public page on your domain unless its Authentication is set to “n8n User Auth”, and it renders whatever HTML the form defines.
If the blocked URL is an app.n8n.cloud subdomain, you cannot verify that domain yourself, so send it to [help@n8n.io](mailto:help@n8n.io) instead.

Google flagged the domain for suspected phishing. It might be a false positive, abuse of an exposed n8n endpoint, or an actual compromise. The screenshot alone cannot distinguish among them. Check Search Console for the flagged URLs before bypassing or disputing the warning.
