Clickup Task creation message send to whatsapp

I have configured about task intimation message send to whatsapp from clickup app. But the excecution successfully runned. But not message received in whatsappp.

Hi @sibi_srk Welcome to the community!
I guess the whatsapp is dropping your messages because you might be using free text or trying to send a message to a user who might not have messaged you first, i recommend trying Send Template message with approved and valid template with registered phone number.
Like this:

Back on the whatsapp questions. I now have a permanent token and am on a production number, no longer using test. Messages sent to recipients do not arrive unless the recipient has first initiated the conversation to the registered whapp number. What am I missing here? Thanks for any pointers.
