Cloud plan upgrade or switch to self-hosted

Hello, I’m trying to upgrade my cloud plan and then move to self-hosted. They sent me a proposal, which I accepted, but I don’t know how to proceed with the payment to continue.

I send emails and they send me the same proposal. Currently, my workflows have been stopped for over 7 days, and no one has helped me or answered what I should do.

Do you have selfhosted setup? You would need to export workflows, add credentials.
