Cloud Trial still on v2.1.3 - OAuth Tokens not persisted (fix#23568 not deployed?)

Hi Everyone,

I’m running into an issue on n8n Cloud (trial) that appears to be related to Cloud version lag rather than workflow configuration.

Context:

  • I’m on n8n Cloud, and the Admin panel shows v2.1.3
  • I’m using OAuth-based nodes (YouTube / Google)
  • The OAuth flow completes successfully, but access tokens are not persisted, leading to errors like “Unable to sign without access token” on execution
  • This behavior matches the bug that was addressed in fix #23568, which is marked as resolved

Problem:
That fix does not seem to be available on my Cloud trial instance yet. Since I’m on the trial, I don’t have any way to update the build version myself, and upgrading is the only apparent path to get a newer version.

This OAuth issue is the final blocker in my pipeline. Before committing to a paid plan, I want to confirm that this functionality works correctly on Cloud.

Question:

  • Has fix #23568 been rolled out to n8n Cloud yet?
  • If not, is there an ETA for Cloud instances to move past v2.1.3?

I’ve already opened GitHub issues (#23784, #23797), but they were closed as support-related and I was directed here.

Thanks — I appreciate any clarification on Cloud rollout timing.

The fix got released with version 2.1.4. You have to upgrade your instance manually from the admin panel.
