Has anyone ever had their cloud version stuck updating? Decided to update to v1.119.1, and it’s stuck on ‘currently in progress’ amber icon an hour later.
I was already on 1.119, updating to the next stable release.
I have put in a support ticket, but it’s unusual for it to get stuck in update - plus there is no way to revert, restart or rollback on the cloud instance while it’s in the update, and I doubt it should be taking this long. Concerned that workflows might be at risk (or not able to run in this state).
This issue is related to an incident that caused disruptions in instance operations. There’s an update on our status page related to this, we are investigating and working on finishing any pending instance operations.
