Cloud Workspace keeps restarting and being offline for 2 days now

I have an issue for a few days now, my workspace keeps restarting and being offline when it does. It has moments that it is online ( as far as i can see for 5-8 minutes max ) before it crashes again.

The error i get is Workspace offline (503)

I have important workflows running and the workspace being down is a huge issue for me.

  • n8n version: 1.82.3
  • Running n8n via cloud

Could it be that you have a workflow running that is too large for example and keeps crashing it?
If you click on contact support what does that give you? I think someone from the team needs to have a look at your instance and see whats up.

I think that is the case too but when the server is online and i check to see the executions log, I see no active executions. Just a lot of queued ones. Are the queued ones causing the problem? Is there a way to stop all the queued ones at once?

Not sure about your setup.
I would disable all workflows when you can get in.
Suspect there is a couple of workflows being triggered more often than they can finish making you see a long list as it cannot catch up.
If you disable all you can investigate where the issue is coming from.

Yes, but I can’t clear all the queued ones to access the running ones, if there are any.

No, I mean the workflows. Deactivate them. then the workflows should at some point be done and then you can start your investigation of what workflow is causing issues.

I had them closed for a day and nothing changed.
