I purchased a paid n8n account yesterday but it’s on hold pending approval. now i got message that it is not on hold but the issue remains

Issue:

  • ALL workflows failing with “task runner down” error
  • Code nodes timeout after 60 seconds
  • Can’t process critical business data for BSES Yamuna Power Limited

Account purchased: December 15, 2025
Error: “Task request timed out after 60 seconds”

Need urgent approval to resume business operations. Support email already sent but no response yet.

Please help expedite!
