Often I simply want to get a few fields from a returned data set and rename some of those fields.
At the moment the easiest way of doing this is with the SET node. Which became a lot easier and faster with the awesome new UI changes where we can drag and drop data. 
But I still wanted to create this node and it’s functionality because it is helpful in some use cases.
Also Added the functionality to use a template (might need a better word for this) to easily rename fields by using a data set that includes these renames. For example, you could use a spreadsheet to maintain field renames if you want to make something flexible. This would especially be helpful when you have a lot of fields to rename.
