Community nodes keep disconnecting from self-hosted instance

Dear community, every day- sometimes 2-3x per day, my community node (n8n-nodes-apify) disconnects.

The workflows throw this error message:

## Problem running workflow

*Unrecognized node type: n8n-nodes-apify.apify*

I then have to reconnect it manually, by simply installing it again - and it works, for 2-3hrs, then breaks again.

I don’t know why this is happening, but it’s very annoying.

Has anyone been experiencing the same thing? Any idea how I can resolve it?

I’m running self-hosted n8n, version 1.81.4.
