Simone from n8n here. The red cross means that the score is not available. Instead, when you do not pass the category, a red percentage (from 1% to 80%) is shown.
You should open a support ticket but while I was here I fixed it for you. You passed the Workflow part but not the Theory one.
You can retake the quiz when you want
