Concurrent executions not updating to 50 from 10 on n8n cloud

Describe the problem/error/question

I’m triggering a workflow via webhook, and need to batch trigger it. I have upgraded to the cloud Pro license to get 50 concurrent executions, but in reality I am only ever able to execute a maximum of 10 at a time.

What is the error message (if any)?

There is no error message, just n8n cloud queuing any concurrent executions above 10.

No need to paste my workflow, I have even tested this with a single webhook + count.
