Configure LDAP on n8n

Hi, I am configuring LDAP on n8n to get users from Active Directory. on UI n8n I checked the connection to AD successfully but when I sync user it shows an error (as attached image).

I went to the console to check the log file and it showed that the sync was successful

but when I used the LDAP user to log in, it failed.

That is interesting I wonder why it is showing an error :thinking:, @RicardoE105 any thoughts on this?

Just saw this guys! This will only fails in there is an error saving the LDAP users in the database.

If you go to the user’s tab, can you see all the ldap users? Or is it empty?

Is the n8n instance owner in the AD database?

Do you want to give access to the instance to the 329 users scanned?

in the user’s tab empty, but but I have logged in with the LDAP user.
I’m sorry to say this but it raises another error, that is I cannot log in and use the workflow with two users at the same time.
