Connection lost - cloud hosted

Describe the problem/error/question

I am getting 'connection lost' and then connection establishes again after a couple seconds. This has been going on for a long time in multiple devices and multiple connections. Connection lost and publish button keep switching places in a time period of a few couple seconds. Why is this happening?

@Aarush_Bisht, although this gets fixed automatically and this is rare and should not cause a problem other than a bit of annoyance, you can give your n8n instance a restart from the admin dashboard, maybe that would help.

As I am not the admin of our instance and sending him request to restart the instance might take time. Is there any thing I can do from my side?

@Aarush_Bisht there is nothing you can do without the admin dashboard as that holds all the n8n instance controls, and that is not a HUGE problem, as i also have faced that it usually gets back online in 2-3s

@Aarush_Bisht I understand n8n Cloud sometimes behaves like that, and that should not be causing you any issue as it gets back in 2-3s, but still, if that is bothering you, you can request a close inspection of your instance here.

For now you can just try switching to different browsers or maybe check your network, which rarely has the problem related.
