Connection Lost whenever trying to upload to vector database

Describe the problem/error/question

This is a part of bigger workflow that always throws this error. It occurs whenever I run it when it gets to part of communicating with Open AI Embedings module. I am sure that API key is okey and it has credits and everything. It all works with smaller files thought, this one file that causes errors is csv that has 500 rows with 150 columns, around 3-4 MB

What is the error message (if any)?
