Course 1 Result not received on my email

Hi, I took the level 1 course Exam and didn’t receive the results. I checked my spam folder, it is not there.

When I checked with https://internal.users.n8n.cloud/webhook/course-level-1/verify?id=faf30e54d7e7b9d5f59f32b6cd323483, It results into pass category.

If the verifier endpoint shows pass for faf30e54d7e7b9d5f59f32b6cd323483 but you didnt get the email, its almost always an email-delivery issue (like typo, spam filtering or bounce).

Maybe there are several that you can do:

  • Confirm the email used in the exam form is the one you’re checking now.
  • Whitelist n8n senders in your mail client (and check Promotions/Updates tabs). Add domain like n8n.io to your allowlist.
  • Ask for manual resend by contacting n8n support, include your unique id, the email address you used for the exam, and subject: Academy Level 1 – certificate email not received
  • If you used a corporate mailbox, try a personal email as a fallback (corporate filters sometimes block transactional mails).

Community members cant trigger resend, but the n8n team can re-issue the certificate to your address once they verify the UID.
