I am trying to make an N8N account with my Outlook account, but when I submit my Outlook email, no sign up email gets sent to me to validate and I can’t seem to get N8N to send me a sign up email. I tried to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me in over a week. I need help. I am using a custom business domain, and the business IT says that there is no sign of the email ever being sent or being filtered.
Hey, this is almost certainly a deliverability issue with n8n’s email sender and Microsoft 365 custom domains. Quickest fix is just sign up with a Gmail or other personal email for now and you can always change it later. For the actual account/signup issue you can try submitting a ticket at https://support.n8n.io since that’s more of an admin thing than a community forum thing.

What i would suggest is that you should try using a different mail service provider although this should not be happening as there is no reported issue with n8n account registration using OutLook, have you tried using a different outlook mail?
I have tried a personal outlook email, and a gmail account and they all have worked. However, ideally we’d want our business emails to be linked to the accounts for billing purposes.
@genmg133015 Understood your situation this is strange as only one outlook account is not working but the others are working, i would say you should create a new outlook account with all the finances and all fir n8n and automation would be done something like [email protected] , as everything works normal in all the accounts , so practically this would be a better take, or just use existing account.
