Creating a public or private note in SyncroMSP

I’m trying to get an AI Agent to create a public note in SyncroMSP. I can update several of the ticket fields easily with the integration, but I’ve found that an HTTP request may be useful here, though I’m having a hard time finalizing the notes. Any help would be appreciated

Sure can help, you can likely use the http request node yes, could you provide some further details, the api ure trying to call, share workflow or part of it, this should help to understand more.
