Hi guys
I am trying to make a tool that correctly can map different account from annual reports to our bookkeeping system.
The account names of the bookkeeping system is always the same, but the names on companies annual raports is always slightly different.
Example
Lets say on the annual rapport it says:
“Variable expenses 4000 USD” that is the equivalent to bookkeeping system account “Variable cost”
Next line is
“Marketing cost 1000 USD” that it the equivalent of the bookeeping system “advertisements”
I want to create a tool that you upload the PDF and extract the data (that I know how to) but then create a new sheet and with the help of AI create the right sheet.
But i am unsure how to structure the rules so the AI machine know that “marketing cost” “marketing expenses” “commercials” and so all, all will be created as “advertisment” as the bookkeeping system wants.
How would you do it?
