I submitted 4 workflow templates today (2026-05-30) through the Creator Portal.
One of them moved to “Under review”, but the other 3 have been stuck on
“AI review in progress” for over half a day with no change.
The modal says the AI review “usually takes a few moments”, but it has been
stuck far beyond that.
What I’ve already tried:
Logged out and back in — no change
Reloaded in a different browser / incognito — no change
There is no UI to re-submit, cancel, or re-trigger the stuck items.
Could you please manually re-trigger the AI review for the 3 stuck templates?
Note: This is about the template AI review queue, not a self-hosted workflow
issue, so the usual n8n version / database / setup info doesn’t apply here.

To fix this, you should email help@n8n.io with your account details and the names of the stuck templates so the n8n team can manually unblock them. You can also report the issue to the n8n community on their Discord server to get the attention of the developers.

Emailing help@n8n.io is the right move - the AI review queue does occasionally get stuck, especially when multiple templates are submitted in quick succession. Once the team manually re-triggers it, the review usually completes fast. Welcome to the creator community, and good luck with the templates!
