The idea is:
Be able to set a naming template for credentials and workflows
My use case:
- Once account per organization unit
- Each unit is independent and do not share passwords with others
- As an administrator, I want to have a set of name conventions for workflow names & crendentials
My idea would be to define, as a user setting :
- naming templates for workflows
- name templates for credentials
In my case I want :
- all workflows to start with “[Organization service]”
- all credentials to start with “[Organization server] - [Application]”
I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
It would make life easier for administrator having to administer an n8n instance with a lot of users & workflows
