he idea is: It would be great if credential use/last time used was logged on the credential. This could help identify credentials no longer in use.escribe the idea in detail

My use case:

As credentials get added, sometimes no longer in use stay in the system.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

Allows for cleaning up credentials.

Any resources to support this?

I think this would be useful from a governance angle, especially for cleaning up unused credentials and reducing stale access. Iā€™d keep the scope narrow though. I would not log credential values or request data, only metadata like last used time, workflow, node, and maybe usage count. That would make it easier to identify credentials that are no longer used without turning credential logging into a sensitive audit trail.
