Help! - offline (503) - My workspace has been down for over 24 hours offline (503)
Hi everyone,
I’m really hoping someone can help me out here. I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue for more than a day now, and I’m starting to get worried.
What’s happening:
Every time I try to access my workspace, I get this exact error message:
“Workspace offline (503)”
“Your workspace is restarting and currently offline. If you continue to see this page, contact support.”
The confusing part:
When I check the admin panel, it clearly shows my workspace as “Currently online” with a green checkmark. So the system thinks everything is fine, but I can’t actually get in.
What I’ve tried:
Waited over 24 hours (thinking it would resolve itself)
Successfully upgraded to [email protected]
Manually restarted the workspace through admin panel
Contacted support 20+ hours ago - still no human response
Why this matters to me:
I’ve been building this automation system for months, and it’s become essential for my daily work. I’m also considering n8n for a bigger project, so this experience is really important for my decision.
My question:
Has anyone else seen this 503 “Workspace offline” error stick around even when the admin panel says everything is online? It feels like there’s some kind of disconnect between what the system thinks is happening and what’s actually working.
Any advice or similar experiences would be incredibly helpful. I’m starting to worry about whether I can rely on this for important work.
