Cron trigger - best way to avoid logging ALL executions from it?

I have a cron trigger running every 1 minute checking fields in a google sheet. (tried sheet trigger but it failed often)
The workflow works well, but all the checks lead to 2 nodes then it goes to success if it doesnt find any match. I’d like to stop logging those.

Is the best way to do a subflow if it finds a match in the sheet and set the flow to not log successful executions? Or is there another way?

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

Hey @davids,

Welcome to the community :raised_hands:

If you wanted to log the successful executions that would be the best way although most of the time I would expect only failed workflows to be logged once testing is complete to keep the database small.
