Current full example with Docker and Runners?

I’m looking for a full working complete example of how to set up a new N8N server under Docker, with PostgreSQL, Redis, Runners, and customization of Node and Python packages. Most of what I’ve seen so far has been incomplete or contradictory. Any recommendations?
