You need to follow the step-by-step workflow construction so that the message goes through on Discord. It’s not enough to just answer the questionnaire; you need to follow the Level 1 course procedure.

Hey, could you share the actual workflow JSON and maybe a screenshot of where it’s asking you to notify the team? Hard to help without seeing what nodes are involved and how things are connected.
