Custom credentials type is missing

Describe the problem/error/question

I tried to install the following community node:

The problem is that I cannot create credentials for this. The “TwitchApi” credentials is nowhere to be found within n8n.

No error in logs.

The code looks totally fine to me. I also compared it to the example credentials/node in the n8n docs.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.39.1
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): docker
  • Operating system: Ubuntu Linux

This is a community-contributed node, I recommend you post an issue on the Github repository to get this sorted out.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, the person deactivated issues on GitHub. I was hoping the community could help with the code.

Perhaps they abandoned the project? In that case you might be better off creating your own solution using the HTTP node. We covered this in last month’s community hangout:
