Custom properties in Freshdesk Tickets

Hello there,

I want to set up some automations between Hubspot and Freshdesk, expecially regarding ticketing. In my Freshdesk tickets I have created a few custom fields/properties which I need to populate with data from Hubspot. However, unfortunately these fields do not appear in the “Update a ticket” Freshdesk node. My connection works and I see most of the default fields, but it is kind of a let down that this other fields don’t show up.

Is there something I can do to remedy the situation? Does someone have a solution or should I send in a feature request for this? I know that Zapier can see all the fields so it shouldn’t be an issue and I would rather not use 2 different services for this.

You can always try to make an API call using HTTP Request node, I guess
