Describe the problem/error/question
I have built a workflow where a docx file is loaded into Pinecone. A second workflow accesses the pinecone vector store to attempt to answer a question I ask. As a test, the information i ask for is in in docx file that is loaded into the pinecone index.
For reference the output for the Vector Store Tool found this information:
