I worked on something similar a while ago and found that splitting the processes into smaller, testable workflows made it way easier to manage. You could plug the findings into an n8n workflow to sort and flag domains.

This fits really well with what I do at https://www.synkrai.com/. I’ve built SEO-focused automations in n8n using OpenAI for bulk content generation, as well as monitoring/crawling systems that track thousands of URLs and store results in a structured way (Sheets/DB/dashboard).
For your SEO agency I’d set it up like this:
Bulk content generator: Feed keywords/briefs from Sheets/Airtable → n8n + OpenAI to generate titles, outlines, and full articles → send to your CMS or export as docs.
Backlink crawler: n8n + a small Node/Python service to crawl thousands of tier 1/2/3 links, capture status, anchors, target URLs, and re-check them on a schedule with room to scale.
