Did a trial, convinced my company to purchase, they did and invited me to their plan but nothing came over?

I’m about to be done with the trial and I convinced my company to purchase a company plan. They did and invited me to it and when I signed up with the same email I used on the trial, none of the workflows came over. Is it possible to merge the accounts? It’s the same email on both.
