Didn’t receive course emails after signing up for Level 1

I recently signed up for the Level 1 course but haven’t received any email updates yet. I already:

• Checked spam/junk folders

• Confirmed I used the correct email address

• Waited a while in case of delays

I also contacted support and they suggested the same steps, but I still haven’t received anything.

• Date of registration: 28/08/2025
