I had completed the n8n Level 1 quiz almost 3 hours ago but haven’t received the confirmation email or certificate yet. I checked my spam/junk folders but didn’t find it there.

Hey, if you made a typo in your email in the quiz form, then you will have to submit it again. I would recommend submitting it once more to eliminate this potential cause.
Additionally, make sure you have sent the messages to the discord channel and also double check if you are pasting your unique ID in the quiz without any spaces.
