Didnt receive the badge of the first course

good morning, i still havent received my level one certificate/badge, even after completing the test, in the course verify it says “x” on both the theory and workflow, but i did completed the advanced course and get the certificate. my unique id is: 0fc49798057da72ad02dd79bff286be2
