Difficulty in receiving Whatsap to n8n connetion

Please, I’m having an issue with my WhatsApp (Meta) integration in n8n and I need some guidance.

I have successfully connected Meta to n8n using the correct credentials, and the connection itself works fine. When I trigger the Send Message action from Meta, the message is delivered to my WhatsApp number without any problem, so outbound messaging is working correctly.

However, the issue starts with inbound messages. When I reply to the WhatsApp message from my phone, n8n does not receive the response at all. The WhatsApp trigger in n8n stays in a listening state, but no execution is triggered and no data enters the workflow.

In summary, sending messages from Meta to WhatsApp works, but receiving replies from WhatsApp into n8n does not. I would appreciate help understanding what could cause this behavior and what configuration I might be missing.

Hey @Teab_Teab Are you meta verified? I recommend seeing this thread cause most of the times the unverified accounts does not get certain permissions, hope this helps!
